Cover held through the Housing Industry Association, protecting your deposit and progress payments.
List anything that isn't right in the first 90 days and we return to rectify it at no cost to you.
Licensed trades we've worked with for years, checked at every stage against a documented build standard.
The guarantee begins at practical completion and applies to the original owner. Claims must be lodged in writing so we can inspect before any rectification. Our guarantee sits alongside — and does not limit — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and applicable state building legislation.
